Annington Properties Ltd MOD Project & Land Owners Site: Brize Norton Value: £800k	This was a live site of 40 3-storey pre-cast concrete built flats. SSS appointed Principal Contractor, and using controlled demolition methods have demolished 16 buildings, working around occupied properties, liaising with the on-site tenants, controlling the plan of works and providing a safe, secure site with controlled noise and pollution methods SSS Ltd carried out the controlled removal of Asbestos based materials within the flats prior to the demolition. Along with our demolition division, the Building Department carried out the refurbishment of one flat and carried out fencing repairs and replacements.
Lenta Properties Ltd Site: Stratford, London Value: £460k	Refurbishment of a 5 storey office building in Stratford, London. SSS Ltd appointed as Principla Contractor, works included the replacement of 146 Windows and specialist slate window sills.
Annington Properties Ltd Site: Colchester, Essex Value: £1.7Million	SSS Ltd carried out the Demolition and Asbestos Removal to 120 Houses. SSS Ltd also won the tender to build 15 Detached Houses and 6 Flats as part of this contract.
C.P. Holdings Value: £630k	Demolition and New Build Contract. Demolition, Asbestos Removal to 4 Grade II Listed Cottages. SSS Ltd, using the main structures, removed all Asbestos content and re-built the cottages.
